This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the Newtown Square North website, browse the store directory or contact the plaza through the links provided. It applies to this website, not to the separate practices of individual stores or to activities at the physical property.
You can browse without creating an account. This website does not offer visitor logins, online purchases, payment processing, newsletter registration or an online enquiry submission form.
Information you choose to share
Email and telephone links connect you directly with the named recipient. If you contact plaza property management, the recipient receives the contact details, message and any attachments you choose to provide. That information is used to respond to your enquiry and handle related follow-up. Your email or telephone provider also processes the communication under its own terms.
Please provide only what is needed for your enquiry. Do not send passwords, payment details, government identification or sensitive health information through general enquiry email.
Business directory information
The directory displays public business information, including store names, descriptions, addresses, hours, business contact details, website and social links, photographs, videos and published offers. Information may be supplied by a business or obtained from public sources and reviewed for inclusion.
Private form-submission records and administrative follow-up details are not published as directory content. Businesses can request corrections through the Contact page.
Website operation and search
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser information, requested page or file, request time and referring page. These details may be processed in service and security logs. Store filtering and suggestions run in your browser. A search submitted to the directory may appear in the page address and therefore in your browser history and hosting logs. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information into the store search.
The website does not include advertising pixels or behavioural advertising. It uses Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, as described below. It does not request your device's precise location or send search queries to an AI service. Fonts, plaza photos and store videos are served with the website.
Website analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed, how far people scroll and where they click, so that we can improve it. Clarity collects this information using cookies and similar technologies. It records pages viewed, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, device and browser type, approximate location (such as country or region) and the website that referred you, and can turn these into heatmaps and replays of a visit. By default, Clarity masks sensitive text typed into form fields. We use this information to improve the website, not to identify individual visitors or for advertising.

Google Maps, cookies and external links
Embedded Google Maps on the Location and business pages load as you approach them. These requests share your IP address and browser information with Google and may allow Google to read or set cookies, depending on your settings. Apart from Microsoft Clarity, described above, the site's own scripts do not set cookies. Get Directions opens Google Maps, which may ask to use your location within its own service.
